Return Policy
Damaged Shipments: Damaged packages at delivery must be handeled with the freight carrier. If there are any missing, or damaged packages note this on the freight bill. If the driver has already left, contact the freight carrier and contact us via E-Mail so that we may immediately process a replacement order. The damaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the day of shipment. You must first contact us fo an R/A Number and instructions on returning the product.
Defective Merchandise: We gaurantee our products to be free of defect. In the event that you do receive a defective item, contact us via E-Mail so that we may immediately process a replacement order. The defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the day of shipment. You must first contact us for an R/A Number and instructions on returning the product.
Return Of Non-Defective Merchandise: If you decide to return an item that does not suit you for any reason, other than damaged or defective, contact us via E-Mail as soon as possible so that we may send you return instructions and an R/A Number. Send requests within 15 days of the ship date to to recieve a refund/credit. The item must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. There will be a 20% restocking fee for this type of return.
All Return Circumstances: You must contact us as soon as possible via E-Mail with a request and a reason for the return. Do not send any merchandise back before you have contacted our returns department. We will issue a Return Authorization Number, ( R/A # ) and instructions to send the return. When returning an item, use the original packaging, accessories,manauals, instructions, etc. Please enclose the original receipt, retain a copy of this, the freight receipt, and your R/A#. We will not accept a package without the R/A Number printed clearly on the package.
