Q.1 How long should I expect it to take for my order to arrive? A.1 Your order will be processed within 24-48 hrs. By standard delivery your merchandise should arrive in 7-10 business days. Express Delivery, approximately, 4-6 days upon receipt of your order.
Q.2 If I order several items at one time, will they all be shipped in the same package? A.2 Yes they could, depending on the size and weight of the items. Your items will be professionally and securely packed to assure that they will not become damaged during shipment. We would not ship a fragile piece of merchandise with an extremely heavy item, or overpack several items in a box. You could recieve multiple packages depending on the quantity and fragility of your items.
Q.3 Do you deliver to PO Boxes ? A.3 No, we can only ship to a physical street address. You may however make a purchase, billing to your address and have your order drop-shipped to another street address. You will be able to enter this information when you go to our Check Out.
Q.4 Will you supply me with a tracking number on my order? A.4 Yes, as soon as your order is processed and we reciece the tracking number from our shipping company, we will then e-mail this number to you.
Q.5 If an item description says that item may require additional freight charges, how do I determine the cost of that?

With this information we will be able to provide you with that amount. Be assured that we will only charge the lowest possible cost on that particular item.
